You may wonder why would someone whose background, a certified yoga and Pilates instructor is to get excited about your eating habits so often. I mean, I am a weight loss coach, yes, but I have no diet books written nor do I have a degree in nutrition, except for what I was taught (if you can get to know me, you, I am a little obsessively researching and testing). Why can not I leave the food speak for someone else and just concentrate on my training in the exercise?
To be honest, I would to discuss only. To disseminate, as the various exercises the human body shape in a finely tuned machine of power and agility is my true passion. It is totally impractical to ignore the diet, though.
You see, I am writing to you benefit. My goal is to give you practical tips you can use to improve your health and fitness.
Which brings us to the disturbing truth leads ...
Your diet is ruining your body.
I hate being the bearer of bad news, but someone had to say. I can talk about the exercise until I'm blue in the face, but until you take your diet, everything would be in vain. And when I say the word "diet", as follows, I mean really diet. Diets do not work.
Today's statistics show that nearly 60% of the population is currently overweight or obese. While this is shocking, according to a new study reported by WebMD, three in four American adults are overweight or obese by 2015. That puts 75% of us.
Wow, those are some scary numbers. I certainly do not want to be a part of this statistic, and I know you do not know.
So what's the deal? Why are we getting fatter and fatter? It all comes back to the word ... Nutrition. The diet of adults of today is simply out of control. Here's why:
Portion-gone wild.
It began in the 1970s. The public was exposed to increasingly larger portions in restaurants, which leads to overeating. Since then continue to grow pods, and most people continue their records, despite the extra calories clear.
Convenience food chaos.
Junk food is so much more prevalent and is now available. Have you ever noticed how the cashier at the supermarket has changed in recent years? It used to be stored with chewing gum, candy and a few candy bars. Now everything is made of potato chips, has set cookies to be within reach. Too few people a way to avoid processed, packaged foods, even for a day.
Fast-food fallout.
Like many fast-food restaurants, you have to go on your way to work? Probably more than you can count. How often do you have to stop for a quick snack? Probably more times than you would like to admit. Fast food has never been more available than today, and it shows in the waist.
Here's something you may not know: If you would not change every day of the week exercise, but on the dietary habits of the above, you are no visible results.
Now do not misunderstand me, exercise is a vital element in improving your fitness, health and the shape of your body. Exercise and healthy eating go hand in hand. They make no progress towards your goals without them both.
So where does this leave you? The way I see it, you are faced with a chance. With only a few small changes to your daily eating habits you could make your way to an incredible body. Combine this with a training program and you will be unstoppable.
Consistent with my goal to offer you practical tips for improving your health and fitness level, here are three ways to improve your nutrition.
1. Slash your portions.
Even if the mountain of pasta looks good, remember that it is three to four times more than you really need to eat, and those extra calories go right to the waist land. Consciously strive to reduce your shares at every meal and watch how your weight increases and shrinks your energy.
2.Pack your snacks.
Instead of reaching into a bag of chips or packaged cookies in mid-afternoon instead of a piece of fruit. Nuts or seeds would be a better choice with high protein content and rich in fiber and healthy fat. It only takes a few minutes to healthy snacks for your daypack, and it saves you a boatload of extra calories. Convenience food is packed with sugar, fat and empty calories, which only slowly and leave you uncomfortable.
3.Cut from a fast-food meals per week.
If you are eating 5 Fast-eat food meals per week, then only four this week. Next week reduce that number to three. And then two, and then a. Once fast food is not an integral part of your diet you should look at it as something that had to be treated as, not a staple food.
Now that you have three easy ways to drastically improve your eating habits, brings us back to the exercise. I must stress that you definitely need regular challenging task to achieve and maintain results. It is so easy.
Editor Tips
We just live very inactive lives, especially compared to people who are 30 or 40 years ago. We both know the reason. Our life is only so much to do. We have full employment and social life, and then we need to visit our families, too. We have so much in so little time.
No food can burn more calories than they contain. Some foods can contribute to the metabolism, but the effect is very small. I've never met anyone, physically fit and healthy and who says that it is because they eat foods that cause them to lose weight. Unfortunately, this is not the answer.
A well-structured dumbbell routine is a powerful tool to help you meet your fitness, fat loss and physique building goals. So make sure you do not take the word "routine" too literally. There should be nothing routine about your weight routine.

Very nice tips mate, thanks for sharing them. Count the calories in your meals and make sure you don’t eat more than you need to maintain or lose weight.
