Small Daily Decision = Fitness Success

It was a father who would say to his young son how to eat an elephant? "The young upon his father looked up and said:" What? "The very wise father resplied" one bite at a time. "I think it is our human nature in our fast-paced, everything really want now!

Billions of dollars are spent each year to fix the weight loss pills and "quick miracles.We often struggle as a society, especially patient with us. Imagine if someone in your own life, which characterized some of what they do . For example, I have a friend who plays the piano flawlessly. While I was watching him play I think it's human nature, "they're so happy, so well." What I would forget that behind the scenes work that it took to develop the talent. Obviously, he has not simply sit down and begin to play the paino Mozart properly. He spent countless hours practicing and practicing, studying music and the instructions on the page, until one day we all together to produce beautiful music.

Our own health and fitness can be applied in exactly the same way. It is the small decisions we each day that literally shape that we have become over time.

Make a choice to park a little farther away. Make choices to be the stairs instead of the elevator. Make your choice to drink water instead of cola. Make your choice to split a meal in a restaurant with your spouse of friend. Make it a habit to stop eating, when you feel full.

We are faced with small, daily decisions, and we have the power to choose. We are bringing the spoon or fork to our mouths. We are the ones who choose what the fork or spoon. We are the ones who decide on the TV for 30 minutes, instead of from the couch and do some physical activity observed.

Take responsibility for the decisions you make, and remember that you are a mirror image of the many small little decisions you will make every day.

Even if it takes several days, weeks or even months to our fitness and health goals at ...

Remember the adage: "How do you eat an elephant?" "One bite at a time." "To achieve your health and fitness goals?" A small, daily decisions at a time.

Do something for you every day one step closer to the person you want!

Think about your life at a time that you felt the best thing that have ever been. Do you remember that feeling? I want to feel you're really back to what it was! You can feel this way again! You have to believe that! Enter its not just being committed, but the best thing you can!

About this new journey, you are encouraged to take.

Be eager to explore new potentials that you have never been realized in you!

Get involved in activities that excite you about fitness.

Be excited about their potential.

You must always remember that the change has come from within you ... You must believe in yourself first!

You can be whoever or whatever you want as long as you want it bad enough, and that's exciting. You are your own sculptor. You are the Michelangelo of your own body, and together we will make it a masterpiece.
